“We were shopping for a new convertible during the worst of times as the world was in the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic. We went to Ed Learn Ford and immediately recognized the extent that the dealership went through to make an uncomfortable situation quite bearable for the consumer. We met the owner, Frank Trivieri, and what a gentleman he was. After “3” days of discussions and searching for the perfect vehicle, it was on its way. We finished up our transaction with our salesman, Jim Brickell and Katie White from finance. With their assistance we finalized our deal. My wife and myself were amazed how everyone involved navigated their way through this virus pandemic and everything went seamlessly. The vehicle was delivered and ready to go as promised. They all understood that I was a stickler for detail and no one missed a beat. Frank contacted us the very next day to follow-up on our satisfaction at his dealership and to make sure we were satisfied with the product we decided on. We were also contacted by Jim and Katie as well regarding our satisfaction. This is the first time a Ford is sitting in our garage and the first time we visited Ed Learn Ford.
