  • Car was checked in and left in 5 min. All work completed as discussed and I was called when work was finished. I was picked up promptly by the shuttle service. Everything was ready and was on my way quickly. Ed Learn has a very good system for the service department. Jake was very good. Explained everything in detail.

  • Work was quicker than expected, they looked into the issues I reported and resolved under warranty. My biggest gripe is the shuttle service - I was jammed into the back seat of an Escape with 2 other people (one of which just finished a cigarette). I couldn't even put my seatbelt on.
